  • Scope of the Convention Article 1

  • of the Convention It is understood that a Contracting State may decline to supply information relating to confidential communications between attorneys, solicitors or other admitted legal representatives in their role as such and their clients to the extent that the communications are protected from disclosure under the domestic law of that Contracting State.

  • Amendment of the Contract (06/19) Any changes to the provisions of this Contract shall be in the form of an Amendment. No provision of this Contract may be amended unless such Amendment is approved as to form by the City Attorney and executed in writing by authorized representatives of the Parties. If the requirements for Amendment of this Contract as described in this section are not satisfied in full, then such Amendments automatically will be deemed null, void, invalid, non-binding, and of no legal force or effect. The City reserves the right to make administrative changes to the Contract unilaterally, such as extending option years and increasing compensation. An administrative change means a written Contract change that does not affect the substantive rights of the Parties.

  • TERM OF THE CONTRACT A. This Contract has an initial term of one (1) year and a bilateral option provision for three (3) additional terms. An extension may be offered beyond the original four-year term if Sourcewell deems such action to be in the best interests of Sourcewell and its Members. The Contractor may withdraw from the Contract on each anniversary of the award, provided that the Contractor gives 60 Days written notice of its intent to withdraw. Sourcewell may, for any reason, terminate this Contract at any time.
