Ad Hoc Committee Review. 7.8.5.1 Solely in tenure cases involving alleged error(s) by the Xxxxxxx, if after a review of the evidence the Grievance Panel has substantial reasons to believe that a remand of the dossier to the Xxxxxxx will not result in a correction of the (1) academic freedom violation, (2) substantive procedural error, or (3) the arbitrary and capricious decision, it may direct that an Ad Hoc Committee be appointed to conduct a substantive dossier review.
