Ad Hoc Reports The Department or Customer may require additional Contract information such as copies of purchase orders or ad hoc sales reports. The Contractor shall submit information in response to these specific ad hoc requests for reports within the specified amount of time as requested by the Department or Customer.
Program Review The State ECEAP Office will conduct a review of each contractor’s compliance with the ECEAP Contract and ECEAP Performance Standards every four years. The review will involve ECEAP staff and parents. After the Program Review, the State ECEAP Office will provide the contractor with a Program Review report. The contractor must submit an ECEAP Corrective Action Plan for non-compliance with ECEAP Performance Standards. The Plan must be approved by the State ECEAP Office.
Midterm Review The Recipient shall: (a) carry out jointly with the Association, no later than 24 months after the Effective Date, a midterm review to assess the status of Project implementation, as measured against the performance indicators referred to in Section II.A.1 (a) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement. Such review shall include an assessment of the following: (i) overall progress in Project implementation; (ii) results of monitoring and evaluation activities; (iii) annual work plans and budgets;
Ad Hoc Sales Reports The Department may require additional Contract sales information such as copies of purchase orders or ad hoc sales reports. The Contractor shall submit these documents and reports in the format acceptable to the Department and within the timeframe specified by the Department.
OIG INSPECTION, AUDIT, AND REVIEW RIGHTS In addition to any other rights OIG may have by statute, regulation, or contract, OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) may conduct interviews, examine or request copies of ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ books, records, and other documents and supporting materials and/or conduct on-site reviews of any of ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ locations for the purpose of verifying and evaluating: (a) ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ compliance with the terms of this IA and (b) ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ compliance with the requirements of the Federal health care programs. The documentation described above shall be made available by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ to OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) at all reasonable times for inspection, audit, and/or reproduction. Furthermore, for purposes of this provision, OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) may interview ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and any of ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ employees or contractors who consent to be interviewed at the individual’s place of business during normal business hours or at such other place and time as may be mutually agreed upon between the individual and OIG. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall assist OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) in contacting and arranging interviews with such individuals upon OIG’s request. ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ employees and contractors may elect to be interviewed with or without a representative of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ present.
