Common use of Ad-Hoc Sub-Committees Clause in Contracts

Ad-Hoc Sub-Committees. The Joint Labor-Management Committee shall have the authority to convene ad-hoc sub- committees as necessary to address particular issues. These sub-committees shall be convened by mutual agreement of the parties and shall meet quarterly or as mutually agreed by the co-chairs. The number of City and CODE representatives on any ad-hoc sub-committee shall be approximately equal.
