Added/Borrowed Leave to Study. All employees required by LSNY to take the New York State Bar Examination (and pro haec vice attorneys who choose to take the examination) shall be permitted to borrow up to two (2) weeks (10 days) of Annual Leave to use prior to the date of the examination for which they have registered if they have exhausted their accrued Annual Leave.
