For purposes of this provision, the term “the solicitation” includes this solicitation document, any addendum, response to written questions, clarification or other document concerning the terms, conditions, and specifications of the solicitation. Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes. Public Opening Bids will be opened on the date and at the location indicated in the Timeline of Events. Bidders are not required to attend. The Department generally does not announce prices or release other materials at this public meeting, pursuant to s. 119.071(1)(b), Florida Statutes.
