Public Meeting. An announced meeting conducted by the City to facilitate public participation and to assist the public in gaining an informed view of the Project.
Public Meeting. Contractor may not mobilize any equipment, materials or resources to the Site prior to Contractor attending the Public Meeting as scheduled by the City.
Public Meeting. The Subrecipient will warn a public meeting on the Project if required by the State to do so, conduct the meeting in accordance with state and federal requirements, and coordinate the Project with the State and property owners in the Project area.
Public Meeting. The ENGINEER shall meet with effected property owners, along with City staff, at a pre- construction Public Information Meeting, as arranged by the City, to explain project design, including such issues as construction phasing and traffic control.
Public Meeting. Before any remedy in Section 12.4 may be imposed by the City, the party allegedly in default shall be afforded the right to attend a public meeting before the Council and address the Council regarding the claimed default.
Public Meeting. Before any remedy in Section 10.4.3 may be imposed by Eagle Mountain the party allegedly in Default shall be afforded the right to attend a public meeting before the Eagle Mountain City Council and address the Eagle Mountain City Council regarding the claimed Default.
Public Meeting. Before any remedy provided for in Section 9.4 may be imposed by the Town, the party allegedly in Default shall be afforded the right to attend a public meeting before the Town Council and address the Town Council regarding the claimed Default.
Public Meeting. The public meeting will take place at the U.S. Department of Agriculture, 0000 Xxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx XX., available upon request. The current preferred alternative (the Mountain Bike Alternative), would relocate a one mile portion of the No-Tan-Takto Trail from off of a busy town road and onto newly acquired land. The newly acquired land would be classified into Management Area 3.1, (which emphasizes evenaged timber management and roaded natural recreation). It would also allow for AGENCY: Rural Utilities Service, USDA.
Public Meeting. Before the City may impose any remedy in subparagraph 8.4, Property Owner shall have the right to attend a public meeting before the Council and address the Council regarding the claimed default.
Public Meeting. For any Default by Property Owners, before any remedy in Section 18.4.3 may be imposed by the City, Property Owners shall be afforded the right to attend a public meeting before the Council and to address the Council regarding the claimed Default.
