Public Meeting. An announced meeting conducted by the City to facilitate public participation and to assist the public in gaining an informed view of the Project.
Public Meeting. Contractor may not mobilize any equipment, materials or resources to the Site prior to Contractor attending the Public Meeting as scheduled by the City.
Public Meeting. The ENGINEER shall meet with effected property owners, along with City staff, at a pre- construction Public Information Meeting, as arranged by the City, to explain project design, including such issues as construction phasing and traffic control.

The newly acquired land would be classified into Management Area 3.1, (which emphasizes evenaged timber management and roaded natural recreation). Public Meeting. For any Default by Property Owners, before any remedy in Section 18.4.3 may be imposed by the City, Property Owners shall be afforded the right to attend a public meeting before the Council and to address the Council regarding the claimed Default.
