The Location. The Practice, at its expense, shall prepare and provide the Location including an area of sufficient space for the performance of the Procedures and for the Program Equipment. The Location shall be in or adjacent to the offices of the Practice. The Practice shall designate the Location for the operation of the Program on a full time basis. The Practice, at its expense, shall provide cleaning, janitorial and laundry services reasonably necessary for the Location and for the performance of the Procedures. The Practice, at its expense, shall, with the exception of the Program Equipment, provide all usual and customary office and clinic supplies, furnishings and equipment (collectively, "Practice Supplies and Equipment") necessary for the operation of the Program. A list of such Practice Supplies and Equipment is attached as Schedule 4.2, however, the list is not intended to be complete or exclusive.MedCare reserves the right to approve the Practice Supplies andEquipment utilized in performing Procedures as part of the Program, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
The Location. The Council will provide a list of suitable locations where donated seats can be installed, upon open communication with the Donor. However, the Council cannot guarantee that the Seat will be in the exact location requested by the Donor but will offer alternative locations as close as possible.
The Location. The location and the objects and collections normally within it, shall remain save for any items which, in the Museum’s sole discretion, the Museum wishes to remove and subject to the normal day to day running of the Museum, its exhibition programme and any loans.

13.2 The Client will:
13.2.1 be responsible for obtaining all licences consents or authorisations that may be necessary to enable the delivery of the Solutions to be performed by the commencement of the Contract;
13.2.2 insure the Location, its contents and all occupiers (including the Company’s employees or contractors) against all risks unless otherwise agreed in writing;
13.2.3 at its own expense and in sufficient time suitably prepare the Location as requested by the Company (if applicable) and afford the Company or its representatives all reasonable assistance to enable the Company or its representatives to fulfil their obligations under the Contract;
13.2.4 provide the Company with such information concerning the Location as may be required to enable the Company to carry out the Services; and
13.2.5 pay the Company based on the hourly time charges of its consultants or employees as advised from time to time and time incurred by the consultants or employees of the Company away from the Company business anywhere the Client fails to keep an appointment with the Company.
13.3 Where the Company provides Support to the Client, the Client grants the Company the right on reasonable notice during normal business hours to enter the Location from time to time or will procure such access to such premises upon which the IT Infrastructure is located for the Company to inspect it for purposes of compliance with these Terms.

18.3 Where the Service Provider provides Support Service to the Client, the Client grants the Service Provider the right on reasonable notice during normal business hours to enter the Location from time to time or will procure such access to such premises upon which the IT Infrastructure is located for the Service Provider to inspect it for purposes of compliance with this Agreement.
The Location. Chanhassen Brewing Company has a fully executed, non‐binding Letter of Intent to purchase property at 000 Xxxx 00xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000. The property 1.29 acreages with easy access to Highway 5 and Highway 101, and is located in close proximity to restaurants, boutique shops, and Chanhassen bike trails. Additionally, the location offers what we believe to be ample parking and adequate options for usable outdoor/patio space as well as opportunity for outdoor signage to increase visibility. The building itself will be designed in a way that is conducive to a separate taproom area and production floor. The building is expected to have enough ceiling clearance to house the necessary brewing equipment. The location is situated in a demographic area with strong economic indicators. There is an estimated population of 24,000 people within a 5‐mile radius. The estimated household income of this 5‐mile radius is $120,000 in 2016. Additionally, a 130‐unit apartment complex above Aldi with a 2019 planned completion date will be located just down the road from the brewery. Finally, 83 acreages of developed retail and residential land off of Powers Blvd. and Xxxxx Blvd will be an asset to our location. The Chanhassen Brewing Company taproom will be designed to be an attractive and inviting space. Design elements are expected to include reclaimed barnwood, corrugated steel, stonework, and unique pictures of pioneer Chanhassen that will serve as conversation pieces. The taproom will be Chanhassen Brewing Company’s opportunity to build personal relationships with its customer base through friendly and personal service in an environment that feels like home for families and businesses. We envision 75‐125 seats with space for social games like Jenga, shuffleboard, “bags”, board games, and potentially more. Chanhassen Brewing Company will host tours, community gatherings, and small festivals in the Taproom. These events will hopefully help build the brand and provide customers with the opportunity to learn more about Chanhassen Brewing Company’s vision and production process. Special events may be offered to drive more traffic to the brewery. Strong options include, Bingo Night, Trivia Night, and other unique family friendly events. The Location. 8.1 No alterations, decorations or additions to the Locations or Garden Studios' equipment are permitted without the consent of Garden Studios.
8.2 At the end of the relevant Hire Period the Member must leave all Locations and Garden Studios' equipment in the same condition as they were at the start of the Hire Period and shall make good any damage. Any costs incurred by Garden Studios in remedying any breach of this clause, including professional cleaning or repair shall be paid by the Member.
