Addendum of Wholesale Market Participant’s Agreement to Conform with IRS Safe Harbor Provisions for Non-Taxable Status. To the extent required, in accordance with Section 24.1 in Attachment O, Appendix 2 in Part VI of the Tariff, Schedule E to this WMPA shall set forth the Wholesale Market Participant’s agreement to conform with the IRS safe harbor provisions for non-taxable status.
