Estimated Charges. If the Quotation or Booking states that the Price is an estimate only, You acknowledge that the final Price may be more or less than the estimated amount. We will endeavour to advise You of any material variation from the estimate as it becomes apparent. 11.8.1 Quotations or Booking Confirmations on an hourly rate basis are always estimates and any timeframes provided are a guide only and we do not guarantee completion within those timeframes under any circumstances. Estimated Charges. All hourly charges reflected in this Purchase Agreement are estimated based on projected use. Actual final costs may vary based on actual work performed.

Estimated Charges. 1.16.1 If the notice of acceptance provided by SACOFA under Condition 1.13 contains estimates of charges (e.g. based on time and materials) for a specific scope of work: (a) SACOFA shall not exceed the estimate without providing the Access Seeker with written notice prior to exceeding the estimate that: (i) the estimate will likely be exceeded; (ii) an explanation of the reasons for exceeding the estimate; and (iii) a further estimate of the charges for the work necessary to fulfill the Order. (b) the Access Seeker may withdraw the Order without penalty if the revised estimate exceeds the original estimate by more than ten percent (10%) of the original estimate within fourteen (14) days of the notice given by SACOFA under Condition 1.16.1(a). If the Access Seeker fails to notify SACOFA of its acceptance or withdrawal of the Order within the said time period, the Access Seeker is deemed to have rejected the revised estimated charges. For clarification purposes, the revised estimate for Infrastructure Sharing shall be mutually agreed by both Parties with penalty.

Estimated Charges. 5.4.1 At the meeting noted in Section 4.1 of this Agreement, both parties shall submit the operations and maintenance costs for the ensuing fiscal year associated with this Agreement which shall notify each Party of its share of these estimated annual costs.
