Addition and Deletion of Program Recyclable Materials. City reserves the right to add other Recyclable Materials to the program or delete Recyclable Materials from the program if the Parties agree it is economically and technically feasible. An increase or decrease in fees, if any, for addition or deletion of Recyclable Materials may be negotiated and implemented as a change in rate schedule by an amendment to this Agreement executed by the Parties.

Addition and Deletion of Program Recyclable Materials. Program Recyclable Materials shall also include other recyclable materials proposed by the Contractor and agreed to by the City-Parish. If during the term of this Contract the Materials Recovery Facility processes any recyclable materials other than Program Recyclable Materials, the City-Parish may, at its sole discretion, add such recyclable materials to defined Program Recyclable Materials. Additionally, if another Materials Recovery Facility in the Service Area accepts other recyclable materials not currently included as Program Recyclable Materials, the City-Parish may, at its sole discretion, include such other recyclable materials as Program Recyclable Materials at no additional cost to the City-Parish unless the Contactor can prove that adding such recyclable material as Program Recyclable Materials would cause an unreasonable financial hardship to the Contractor and/or no market exists for such recyclable materials. The City-Parish may remove a recyclable material from Program Recyclable Materials if the City-Parish and Contractor determine it is economically and technically prohibitive to process such recyclable materials and can reach agreement as to the financial impact for deletion of such recyclable materials from Program Recyclable Materials.

  • RETURN AND DELETION OF CUSTOMER DATA The Braze Services allow import, export, and deletion of Customer Data by authorized users at all times during the term of a customer’s subscription. Following termination or expiration of the Braze Services, Braze shall securely overwrite or delete Customer Data within 60 days following any such termination, in accordance with the Agreement, applicable laws and the Documentation.

  • Notification of Modifications of Licensed Materials From time to time Publisher may add, change, or modify portions of the Licensed Materials, or migrate the Licensed Materials to other formats. When such changes, modifications, or migrations occur, the Licensor shall give notice of any such changes to Licensee as soon as is practicable, but in no event less than sixty (60) days in advance of modification.   • LIMITATIONS ON REVERSE ENGINEERING, DECOMPILATION AND DISASSEMBLY You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

  • Effect of GMP Change Order The Preconstruction Phase cannot extend beyond the execution of the GMP Change Order. By definition, all services provided after the execution of the GMP Change Order are Construction Phase Services and are included in the GMP.

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract.

  • Modification of Licensed Materials The Participating Institutions or the Authorized Users shall not modify or manipulate the Licensed Materials without the prior written permission of the Licensor.

  • Effect of Addenda, Bulletins, and Change Orders No special implication, interpretation, construction, connotation, denotation, import, or meaning shall be assigned to any provision of the Contract Documents because of changes created by the issuance of any (1) Addendum, (2) Bulletin, or (3) Change Order other than the precise meaning that the Contract Documents would have had if the provision thus created had read originally as it reads subsequent to the (1) Addendum, (2) Bulletin, or (3) Change Order by which it was created.

  • Data Deletion As stated in the Student Data Transfer or Destruction Section of this Agreement, Provider shall ensure that all Student Data in its possession and in the possession of any subcontractors, or agents to whom Provider may have transferred Student Data, is destroyed or, as directed by the Board, transferred to the Board in a format determined by the Board within the time periods provided in the Student Data Transfer or Destruction Section of this Agreement.

  • Title to Improvements and Delivered Materials Title to all improvements constructed at the Site vests instanter in the Board of Regents. Title to all materials vests in the Board of Regents upon their delivery without rejection by the Contractor at the Site, regardless of the status of payment or nonpayment of the costs thereto. Protection of laborers and Suppliers (regarding payment for services and materials) is effected through the provision of payment and performance bonds by the State.

  • Data Export and Deletion 5.1. Export and Retrieval by Customer During the Subscription Term and subject to the Agreement, Customer can access its Personal Data at any time. Customer may export and retrieve its Personal Data in a standard format. Export and retrieval may be subject to technical limitations, in which case SAP and Customer will find a reasonable method to allow Customer access to Personal Data.
