Common use of Addition/Deletion Clause in Contracts

Addition/Deletion. A unit employee may add or delete his/her name from any Recall List without penalty at any time prior to being recalled, by giving written notice of such request to his/her Appointing Authority. Similarly, without penalty, a unit employee may also add or delete a Layoff Unit or county to which he/she had requested recall prior to being recalled.

Addition/Deletion.
