Common use of Addition/Deletion Clause in Contracts

Addition/Deletion. A unit employee may add or delete his/her name from 17 any Recall List without penalty at any time prior to being recalled, by 18 giving written notice of such request to his/her Appointing Authority.

Addition/Deletion.
