Common use of Addition of Delivery Points Clause in Contracts

Addition of Delivery Points. ICE NGX is making this submission to add four physically-settled natural gas futures contracts in the U.S. natural gas market (the “New Futures Contracts”) with delivery points at White River Hub, and to make certain amendments to the CPA to reflect the New Futures Contracts. ICE NGX intends to implement the Amendments on March 15, 2024, and to begin offering the New Futures Contracts for trading and clearing on March 18, 2024 (or, in each case, on such later date as ICE NGX may designate).

ICE NGX is making this submission to add four physically-physically settled natural gas futures contracts in the U.S. natural gas market (the “New Futures Contracts”) with delivery points at White River HubTransco - 165, and to make certain amendments to the CPA to reflect the New Futures Contracts. ICE NGX intends to implement the Amendments on March 15June 28, 2024, and to begin offering the New Futures Contracts for trading and clearing on March 18July 1, 2024 (or, in each case, on such later date as ICE NGX may designate).

ICE NGX is making this submission to add four sixteen physically-settled natural gas futures contracts in the U.S. natural gas market (the “New Futures Contracts”) with delivery points at White River HubXXX E-ANR, XXX-E-NGPL, XXX E-MidW, XXX E-PEPL and XXX E-Trunk, and to make certain amendments to the CPA ICE NGX Contracting Party Agreement (“CPA”) to reflect the New Futures Contracts. ICE NGX intends to implement the Amendments on March 15, 2024, and to begin offering the New Futures Contracts for trading and clearing the amendments on March July 18, 2024 2022 (or, in each case, or on such later date as ICE NGX may designate).
