Additional Agency Inspections. Additional inspections shall be made upon request to retreat and maintain quality standards. Contractor must verbally respond to complaints within 24 hours, visit the site within three days and resolve outstanding complaints within seven days at no additional cost to the Customer. Fifteen Percent (15%) will be deducted from provider's invoice per site associated with non- compliance.
