Additional and Incidental Services Other Than During the Exclusive Period. At any time other than during the Exclusive Period hereof (the “Additional Period”), Artist’s additional services pursuant to Sections 6, 7 and 9 hereof may be required at such times as do not conflict with any of Artist’s then existing good faith, written, professional contractual com- mitments, and Artist shall cooperate fully with Producer in making such services available. Written notice of any additional or incidental services may be served on Artist at any time before the date on which such ser- vices are required and Artist shall perform such services on the date(s) specified in such notice(s), subject, however, to such good faith, written professional contractual commitments existing on the date(s) of such notice(s) which preclude Artist from so commencing such services in which event Artist shall immediately notify Producer and arrange for the performance of his services at the earliest possible days thereafter.

  • Drawings Submitted During the Contract Term Where required to develop maintain and deliver diagrams or other technical schematics regarding the scope of work, Contractor shall do so on an ongoing basis at no additional charge, and must, as a condition of payment, update drawings and plans during the Contract term to reflect additions, alterations, and deletions. Such drawings and diagrams shall be delivered to the Authorized User’s representative.

  • Union Activity During Working Hours The Employer and the Union recognize that union representatives and stewards play an important role in effectuating the terms of this Agreement; however, both parties acknowledge that the duties undertaken as a union representative or xxxxxxx are in addition to the their job assignments. The Union shall notify the Department of Budget and Management in writing of the names of designated stewards and union representatives prior to them assuming any duties. Consistent with the operational needs of the Employer, the Employer shall grant time off with pay for designated stewards and union representatives, including reasonable travel time when necessary, to attend:

  • Partial Disposal During Term of Service Agreement Throughout the Term of the Service Agreement, LEA may request partial disposal of Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement that is no longer needed.
