(a) The following capitalized terms in Paragraph 2 of the Agreement (“Definitions”) are hereby deleted in their entirety: (i) “Additional Purchased Securities”; (ii) “Buyer’s Margin Amount”; (iii) “Buyer’s Margin Percentage”; (iv) “Margin Notice Deadline”; (v) “Prime Rate”; (vi) “Seller’s Margin Amount”; and (vii) “Seller’s Margin Percentage”. (b) The following capitalized terms shall have the respective meanings set forth below, in lieu of the meanings for such terms set forth in Paragraph 2 of the Agreement (“Definitions”):
