Common use of Additional Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Additional Arrangements. In addition to cooperation in the long-term continuing framework outlined above, the Parties may also develop arrangements for cooperating in individual bilateral projects in space activities pursued by both Parties and for the exchange of personnel. Approval of such arrangements, which shall not modify the rights and obligations of the Parties under the present Agreement, shall be subject to the Parties’ relevant procedures.
