Additional Assistance. The Borrower shall provide such cooperation, information and assistance, and prepare and supply GWG Trustee with such data regarding the performance by the Issuing Insurance Companies of their obligations under the Insurance Policies and the performance by the Borrower, GWG DLP Funding II, LLC, Subsidiaries, and the Master Trusts of their respective obligations under the Transaction Documents, as may be reasonably requested by GWG Trustee from time to time.
