Additional Community Benefits. Operator agrees to provide during each calendar year that this Agreement is in effect the specific additional community benefits that are described in Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Within 60 days after the end of each calendar year, Operator shall provide written documentation to the satisfaction of the City Manager or designee that Operator has met the obligations of this Section 6.
