Additional Documentation for Invoices. (a) In addition to the information required in Section 6 of this Contract, the Environmental Consultant shall, in its invoices, reference the particular facility location and include a description of the services, including all labor, equipment and materials used; the manifest and bills of lading used to track the hazardous waste; the method of transportation; the method of disposal and ultimate disposal facility; any laboratory testing and fingerprinting costs; the date and location where the services were rendered; and an itemization of all hazardous waste removed, including its identity and quantity.

  • Additional Documentation Execute and deliver, or cause to be executed and delivered, any and all other agreements, instruments or documents which Lender may reasonably request in order to give effect to the transactions contemplated under this Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
