If FRANCHISEE determines that material placed in any Container for collection is Hazardous Waste, or other material that may not legally be accepted at the Disposal Facility or one of the Processing Facilities, or presents a hazard to FRANCHISEE'S employees, the FRANCHISEE shall have the right to refuse to accept such material.
Municipal Solid Waste does not include Construction and Demolition Waste, Hazardous Waste or Household Hazardous Waste.
