Common use of ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT AND REMOVAL OF EQUIPMENT Clause in Contracts

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT AND REMOVAL OF EQUIPMENT. Additional equipment manufactured by the Contractor of the Equipment and used in conjunction with the Equipment may be included under this Contract on written acceptance by Customer at Contractor's then-current rates. At Customer's option, and only if Customer is under a monthly invoicing schedule, Customer may remove an item of Equipment from coverage under the Contract by giving Contractor thirty (30) days advance written notice. Upon expiration of such thirty (30) day period, Customer will not be liable for charges associated with such item of Equipment.
