ADDITIONAL FIBER PROVIDERS. Landlord agrees to allow MFS to pull their fiber optic cable to the Premises for Tenant's use at no cost to the Landlord. MFS shall provide to Landlord proof of insurance and plans for installation for the Landlord's approval, and MFS will restore all areas of the project affected by the installation of the fiber to their original state.
