Additional Golden Hour Provisions on Distant Location. Travel time shall be used in the computation of Golden Hours as follows: (1) If travel time, with other than truck transportation, added to recesses (if any) immediately before and after such travel, totals less than eight (8) hours, such interval shall be considered an “interruption,” but if such interval equals eight (8) or more hours, it shall be considered a “full rest period.” (2) Travel time, with truck transportation, is work time. (3) In addition, subparagraphs (b), (c) and (d), above, shall apply.
