Weekend Rest Period for Employees Who Work a Six (6) Consecutive Day Workweek An employee who works six (6) consecutive days in the workweek shall be entitled to a rest period of thirty-two (32) hours, inclusive of the daily rest period.

  • Lunch and Rest Periods ‌ A. Each employee working more than four (4) hours per day shall be entitled to a minimum of one-half (1/2) hour duty free lunch period without pay. B. Employees shall receive a fifteen (15) minute rest period during each four (4) hours of work not to exceed two (2) such breaks during a regular eight (8) hour day, whenever practicable. C.   • Probation for Newly Hired Employees (a) The Employer may reject a probationary employee for just cause. A rejection during probation shall not be considered a dismissal for the purpose of Article 11.2

You must report total compensation for each of your five most highly compensated executives for the preceding completed fiscal year, if— i. the total Federal funding authorized to date under this award is $25,000 or more; ii. in the preceding fiscal year, you received— (a) 80 percent or more of your annual gross revenues from Federal procurement contracts (and subcontracts) and Federal financial assistance subject to the Transparency Act, as defined at 2 CFR 170.320 (and subawards); and (b) $25,000,000 or more in annual gross revenues from Federal procurement contracts (and subcontracts) and Federal financial assistance subject to the Transparency Act, as defined at 2 CFR 170.320 (and subawards); and iii. Where and when to report. You must report executive total compensation described in paragraph A.1. of this award term: i. As part of your registration profile at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.gov. ii. By the end of the month following the month in which this award is made, and annually thereafter.

  • Employment Period Compensation In consideration of the other provisions of this Agreement, and the Executive’s agreement to execute a Release Agreement, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B, in the event of his termination under relevant circumstances pursuant to which he would be paid severance benefits, ESC shall provide the Executive with the following payments and benefits, both those set forth in this section and elsewhere in this Agreement:
