Common use of Additional Inspections and Audits Clause in Contracts

Additional Inspections and Audits. (A) The Contractor shall place no restrictions on the right of the Department, the federal government, independent quality review examiners, and other Utah state agencies as allowed by law to conduct whatever inspections and audits that are necessary to assure contract compliance, quality, appropriateness, timeliness and accessibility of services and reasonableness of Contractor’s costs.
