Additional License Fees. Unless otherwise agreed to, the cost of any services or resources provided by BDI or the University not indicated in Section 1 above shall be borne by Licensee. Licensee shall be billed separately for said additional services or resources as additional cash license fees, payment for which shall be due and payable in accordance with the terms of the invoice therefor.
