Additional Limitations on Contracting Out. ‌ (a) The College will not contract out any work presently performed by the employees covered by this collective agreement which would result in the layoff of such employees, including a reduction in assigned workload. (b) The College agrees to provide, upon request of the Union, copies of all purchase service agreements to the bargaining unit Chairperson and to discuss the contracts that are of concern to the Union. The parties recognize the obligations of the College under Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy legislation and agree to maintain confidentiality of all private information in these contracts.
