Union Office Space. The Employer will provide an office not less than twelve (12) square meters in size.
Union Office Space. Subject to its availability, the Employer agrees to provide reasonable office space at work locations with twenty-five (25) or more Bargaining Unit employees to Locals of the Union. In addition, in the Department of Corrections the Employer agrees to provide each local union secure storage space at the agency/facility where each of the three local union presidents are employed, for the exclusive use of the Union. Such premises shall be for the sole and exclusive use of the Local, and shall be furnished without lease or charge unless required by applicable statute. Access and security will be in accordance with institution rules. No partisan political activity shall be conducted in such facilities, and no partisan political literature or material ridiculing individuals by name or obvious direct reference or defamatory to the Employer, shall be prepared in or distributed from such facilities. The Employer reserves the right to withdraw approval for the Local's use of such premise, upon thirty (30) days written notice to the Local, only due to operational requirements (where no other reasonable space is available), failure to pay statutorily required charges, misuse by the Local or its Agents, or interference with state operations. Where approval has been withdrawn due to operational requirements, Departments or Agencies will make good faith efforts to locate and furnish premises in accordance with this Section or which afford the Union reasonable geographic access to the largest feasible number of Bargaining Unit employees. The location, type, size and amount of office space provided to the Union shall not be subject to the grievance procedure, but disputes involving denial of availability based on operational needs or an allegation that approval for use was withdrawn without cause may be grieved. The Union agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Employer against any and all claims, suits, orders or judgments brought or issued against the Employer arising out of the Union's occupying office space under this Article. Authorized personnel (i.e. as authorized through mutual agreement between the Local Union and the Agency Appointing Authority) may only have access to the Union Office when it is necessary to assure the safety of the building's occupants.
Union Office Space. The University will provide a location for a Union office subject to the availability of space to first meet priority institutional requirements as determined by the University. The University will provide appropriate notice to and consultation with the Union regarding any change to the office location.
Union Office Space. The University shall provide furnished space at the University at no cost to the Union to be utilized by the Union for an office. The office shall have free internet access. The University shall provide free local telephone service and telephone equipment.
Union Office Space. The College will provide an office not less than 12 square meters in size. The College will ensure the office is furnished and will provide a telephone, a desktop personal computer "pc", and access to the College's computer communication network.

All office space currently being used by the Union under this Section may continue to be used; however, the Employer reserves the right to require a lease or other written agreement and the payment of rent by the Union. Such lease or agreement will include a rent amount negotiated by the parties, and is subject to approval by the Department of Technology, Management and Budget. The Union will reimburse the State of Michigan for the Union’s telephone bills associated with the Union’s office. Such premises shall be for the sole and exclusive use of the Union. Access and security will be in accordance with agency or departmental rules. The Union will maintain such space in appropriate condition and in accordance with the requirements of the Employer. The Employer reserves the right to withdraw approval for the Union’s use of such premises, upon thirty (30) days written notice to the Union, only due to operational requirements, failure to pay rental charges, or misuse by the Union or its agents. If approval is withdrawn due to operational requirements, the Employer will make a good faith effort to provide alternative office space. The Union agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Employer against orders or judgments not resulting from the negligence of the Employer, its employees or agents, issued against the Employer arising out of the Union’s occupying office space.
Union Office Space. 1. The employer agrees to provide the Union, free of charge, except as otherwise specified in this article, with the use of serviced, furnished and conveniently located office space and access to University services on the same basis as if it (the Union) is a University Department.
Union Office Space. The College shall provide the Union secure office space on the Grayslake campus. (Such space may be shared with the CLC staff bargaining unit (Local 504) and full- time faculty bargaining unit [Local 2394] unions.) This office space shall include a phone with voice mail and a computer, with internet/intranet access and a printer, and shall be available for Union usage year round.
Union Office Space. The Employer agrees to provide the Union with reasonable office space on the premises. However, the Employer reserves the right, in the event of a work stoppage, to require the Union to vacate such premises on campus within twenty-four hours. The Union shall return to its former premises immediately after the work stoppage is over. The privacy of Union information will be closely maintained and the Union will be able to arrange access to its former premises for the purpose of removing its property by contacting Human Resources.
