Additional Liquidity. The Issuer agrees and undertakes that from a date no later than 1 (one) month from the Deemed Date of Allotment until the Final Settlement Date, additional liquidity in an amount equivalent to the ensuing 6 (six) months’ Coupon and Redemption Amounts (“Additional Liquidity”) shall be maintained in the form of:
