Notification of address. Promptly upon changing its address, the Agent shall notify the other Parties.

(a) Any communication to be made between any of the Parties under or in connection with any Sale Document may be made by electronic mail or other electronic means, it being understood that the Parties shall:
(i) notify each other in writing (or by confirmed email) of their electronic mail address and/or any other information required to enable the sending and receipt of i nformation by that means; and (ii) notify each other of any change to their address or any other such information supplied by them.
(b) Any electronic communication made between any of the Parties under or in connection with any Sale Document will be effective only when actually received in readable form.
