Deemed Date of Allotment definition

Deemed Date of Allotment means the date of allotment as set out in the Prospectus/ Disclosure Document/ Offer Letter and Clause 10.4 of this Deed.
Deemed Date of Allotment means July 1, 2021.

  • The actual allotment of Bonds may take place on a date other than the Deemed Date of Allotment.

More Definitions of Deemed Date of Allotment

Deemed Date of Allotment means the date on which Debentures are deemed to be allotted to the Debenture Holders.
