Additional Oral Health Services for Adolescents. Not Requiring Prior Approval Additional Oral Health Services for Adolescents not requiring prior approval consist of a range of dental services that will be provided where required. These services may be provided without prior approval from an Approving Dental Officer. The following services will be purchased on a fee-for-service basis.
