Common use of Additional Orders Clause in Contracts

Additional Orders. Additional orders may be made from time to time under the terms of this Agreement by Company through an Order Form, although Provider has no obligation whatsoever to accept such order. Fees for additional orders shall be assessed at the then current rate. The parties agree that the terms of this Agreement will govern all purchases and use by Company of Provider Technology and Services unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing. Provider and Company agree that Affiliates of Company may acquire Provider Technology and Services from Provider or Provider’s Affiliates by entering an Order Form with Provider or a Provider Affiliate that is governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
