Additional Pension, Welfare and Other Benefits. Notwithstanding the foregoing, During the Term of Employment, the Company shall continue to provide the Executive with the same group health, executive medical, disability and life insurance-related coverage and/or benefits, and tax preparation services, as were in effect with respect to the Executive immediately prior to the IPO Date, in each instance on a basis (including substantially comparable cost) consistent with that provided to the Executive immediately prior to the IPO Date.
