Additional Pension, Welfare and Other Benefits. During the Term of Employment, the Company shall also provide the Executive and his dependents where applicable with substantially the same group health, executive medical, disability and life insurance-related coverage and/or benefits and tax preparation services as provided to similarly situated executives (other than Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx III) of the Company as of the Effective Date.
