Additional Positions. Executive shall, without any compensation in addition to that which is specifically provided in this Agreement, serve as an officer of the Employer and in such substitute or further offices or positions with Employer as shall from time to time be reasonably requested by the Employer. Each office and position with the Employer, in which Executive may serve or to which he may be appointed, shall be consistent in title and duties with Executive's position. For service as a director or officer of Employer, which service shall in each instance be deemed to be at the request of the Employer and its Board of Directors, Executive shall be entitled to the protection of the applicable indemnification provisions of the charter and code of regulations of Employer and Employer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Executive from and against any claims, liabilities, damages or expenses incurred by Executive in or arising out of the status, capacities and activities as an officer or director of the Employer, to the maximum extent permitted by law and in accordance with any agreement for indemnification. On any termination of his employment, Executive shall be deemed to have resigned from all offices and directorships held by Executive.
Additional Positions. Additional supplemental positions in new areas and the salary therefore may be created by the Board during the term hereof (see Appendix B).

Additional Positions. 5-4-1 If an Employee accepts an additional non-exempt Education Support Professional position, the Employee shall be initially placed on the first step in the appropriate lane.
Additional Positions. The Board will consider additional activities, upon presentation in writing, through the superintendent, of a proposal for said activity.
1. If approved, such positions will be subject to all provisions and conditions of this Article, plus any additional stipulations considered appropriate to the position.
2. Compensation for such positions will be established on a flat dollar rate and will not be tied to the salary schedule of the District.
3. Any activity which any persons have conducted prior to Board approval and without discussion with, and written approval of, the Superintendent or his designee need not be considered for compensation for any and/or all expenditures prior to the next school year. The District will incur no liabilities for the year, or part thereof, during which such activity was conducted without approval.

Additional Positions. In addition to the foregoing, the Executive shall serve in such additional executive and/or board-level positions with the Company or its affiliates as required by the Company, without additional compensation.
Additional Positions. The District may determine the need for additional positions on an annual basis and may set a stipend for these positions. The District retains the right to establish the position, set the amount of the stipend and offer the position to any unity member deemed qualified. It shall not be necessary to post these positions.
