Common use of Additional Provisions Clause in Contracts

Additional Provisions. 18.1 Upon termination of employment, the Employer shall pay each terminated Employee all accrued entitlements and other wages owing and provide a separation certificate within 2 business days of termination, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Employer and Employee, or the Employee shall be entitled to claim payment for all time beyond the two working days, up to a maximum of 8 hours per day, including Saturday and Sunday, until the entitlements are paid.
