Common use of Additional rental liability cover Clause in Contracts

Additional rental liability cover. The cover (see Table of coverage) applies to damage by fire, explosion and water that the Policy holder may cause to premises occupied over the short term or temporarily, outside their country of origin, and subject to a rental agreement of a maximum duration that is less than or equal to that of the contract, or made available to the Policy holder, as well as to the real property and movable property of the hosting families. This extension to the cover will only apply as an additional or subsidiary cover once the insurance coverage of the owners, tenants and custodians of the damage property or their personal insurance cover has been applied.
