ADDITIONAL RESTAURATEUR’S OBLIGATIONS. 6.1. In order to publish and maintain a Special Offer and benefit from its return, Restaurateur must also comply with the following conditions: 6.1.1. For the benefit of consumers (Diners) and to ensure effectiveness and fairness of a Special Offer, Restaurateur shall be prohibited from enforcing a price increase on the Restaurant’s menu in the ten (10) days before the launch of Special Offers, or during the term of Special Offers validity.
