Additional Restrictions on Change Orders for Utility Adjustments. In addition to all of the other requirements and limitations contained in this Section 6.8 and in Section 13, the entitlement of DB Contractor to any Change Order under this Section 6.8 shall be subject to the restrictions and limitations set forth in this Section 6.8.10.
