ADDITIONAL RIGHTS OF THE FIRST OWNER. 8. Each and every Owner covenants with the First Owner with the intent that the covenants, rights, entitlements, exceptions and reservations herein conferred upon the First Owner shall bind each and every Owner and their respective successors and assigns and are intended to run and shall run with the Lot and the Estate and any interest therein that the First Owner shall for as long as it remains the beneficial owner of any Undivided Share (and in addition to any other rights which it may have reserved under the said Assignment to the First Assignee or otherwise) have the sole, absolute and exclusive right in its absolute and unfettered discretion at any time or times and from time to time as it shall deem fit and without the consent or concurrence of any other Owners, the Owners’ Committee, the Owners’ Incorporation or the Manager (save as otherwise restricted as in below) to do all or any of the following acts or deeds and to exercise all or any of the following rights which are hereby expressly excepted and reserved unto and (where appropriate) granted and conferred upon the First Owner and its specific assigns :-
