Additional Rights of the Mortgagee. In the event the Mortgagee shall be entitled to exercise any of its remedies under Article III hereof, the Mortgagee shall have the right to arrest and take action against the Vessel at whatever place the Vessel shall be found lying and for the purpose of any action which the Mortgagee may bring before the Courts of such jurisdiction or other judicial authority and for the purpose of any action which the Mortgagee may bring against the Vessel, any writ, notice, judgment or other legal process or documents may (without prejudice to any other method of service under applicable law) be served upon the Master of the Vessel (or upon anyone acting as the Master) and such service shall be deemed good service on the Shipowner for all purposes.
