Additional Sabbatical Leaves. If requested by a college president and agreed to by the system office and the MSCF, additional sabbatical leaves may be approved. If a tie still exists, the tie shall be broken by a flip of the coin. At the request of either party, the tie shall be broken in the presence of a MSCF representative.
