Common use of Additional Services and Products Clause in Contracts

Additional Services and Products. DealerTrack may, from time to time, offer additional services and products ("Additional Products") by means of the Service, other than those identified in this Agreement. DealerTrack shall provide Lender with reasonable notice of the Additional Products as they become generally available to DealerTrack Financial Institutions, including the fees, charges and other terms applicable to the use of such Additional Products. Lender shall have the option, in its sole discretion, whether to use such Additional Products. In the event that Lender does use such Additional Products, Lender agrees to use such Additional Products in accordance with the applicable terms, and shall be responsible for and shall pay to DealerTrack the additional applicable fees and charges, if any, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
