Common use of Additional Targets Clause in Contracts

Additional Targets. Pfizer shall have the right to add up to two (2) additional Targets (in addition to the Second Target and any Replacement Target designated pursuant to Sections 2.1.3 and 2.1.5, respectively), exercisable upon written notice to CytomX, at any time prior to the [***] (“Target Expansion Window”) of the Effective Date, subject to availability of such Target and payment of the Additional Target Fee, if applicable, as specified in Section 2.1.8.
