Any negotiated additional terms and conditions must never be less favorable to the Participating Entity than what is contained in this Contract.

Any negotiated additional terms and conditions must never be less favorable to the Participating Entity than what is contained in this Contract.

Any negotiated additional terms and conditions must never be less favorable to the Participating Entity than what is contained in this Contract.

Any negotiated additional terms and conditions must never be less favorable to the Participating Entity than what is contained in this Contract. Neither Sourcewell, any Participating Entity, Vendor, nor Vendor’s authorized dealer may propose terms that materially deviate from the terms of this Contract.
