Services Addendum definition

Services Addendum means a description of the services to be provided by Vendor attached to this Agreement as an Exhibit B. The parties may add additional Exhibits for additional services as agreed upon by the parties from time to time. Each such Exhibit shall be numbered as a series of Exhibit B (such as B1, B2, B3 and thereafter).

Services Addendum has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6.

Services Addendum or “Services Addenda” or “Addenda” means any addendum or supplement with respect to one or more of the Services and issued in connection with this Agreement from time to time, as agreed to by credit union and you.

• Subscription Services Cloud Services Addendum This CLOUD SERVICES ADDENDUM (“Cloud Addendum”) sets forth the terms that govern your purchase and use of Cribl Cloud (“Cloud Subscription Services”).

• This Professional Services Addendum (this “PSA”) is appended to and made a part of that certain Master Services Agreement entered into between the parties with an effective date of (the “Agreement”) under which Pluralsight provides the Pluralsight Platform to Customer.

More Definitions of Services Addendum

Services Addendum means a document executed by the parties for services to be provided by UBS to LifeScan pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, substantially in the form set out in Appendix B.

Services Addendum means a separate addendum with service-specific terms for the applicable Subscription Services.

Services Addendum means a description of the NEMT services to be provided by Vendor attached to this Agreement as an Exhibit B.
