Common use of Additional Testing or Inspection Clause in Contracts

Additional Testing or Inspection. If the Inspector, the Architect, the District, or public authority having jurisdiction determines that portions of the Work require additional testing, inspection, or approval not included under paragraph 13.5.1, the Inspector will, upon written authorization from the District, make arrangements for such additional testing, inspection, or approval. The District shall bear such costs except as provided in paragraph 13.5.6.

The District Owner shall bear such costs except as provided in paragraph 13.5.6Paragraph 13.5.7.
